Our Flagship brand, at 4.8% ABV, Pub House Ale is a traditional German style Kolsch. With apricot and biscuit notes, this brew has unique Pilsner characteristics and a clean finish. Pub House Ale won Gold at the 2014 Ontario Brewing Awards, Bronze at the 2016 Canadian Brewing Awards, Gold at the 2018 Canadian Brewing Awards and Silver at the 2019 Ontario Brewing Awards.
As our Flagship brand, Pub House Ale takes its name from the Publican House, inspiring our overall brewing style and leading the way for our flavour profile found throughout all of our brands.
